Dayna, one of our Assistant Managers, began teaching yoga in 2003. Trained through YogaFit, Dayna specializes in making yoga postures accessible to all skill levels. Aside from yoga, she's also been teaching Peak Performance for the last 7 years and is certified in Reformer Pilates where she teaches in the afternoons. All of Dayna's workouts are fun and welcoming; and bringing her unique approach, she makes yoga classes even more enjoyable and social than the traditional style you might expect. Her passion for fitness is evident as she stays active even outside the gym, through time spent hiking, biking, and visiting the beach! For those looking for extra attention, Dayna is available for Yoga specific Personal Training.
Kay has always had enthusiasm for being active and getting others to be active and have fun. In her early adult life, things changed; she spent years behind a desk and found the lack of activity was a direct path to weight gain, lethargy and poor self-image. She returned to an active lifestyle in 2002 and shortly thereafter became a fitness instructor. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and holds certifications in Spinning, Yoga & Pilates. She remains active as a fitness professional and continues to encourage others to stay active and find joy in activity every day. Outside of the gym, you can find her riding her bike, hiking or dancing!
Rlynn began taking Zumba in 2008. She fell in love with Zumba and wanted to share her love for this wonderful way to become fit with others. She became certified in Zumba in 2010 and became licensed in Gold in 2012. Join her for a great workout and party yourself into shape!
