Quality Fitness owner, Kay, began teaching fitness classes in 2004 and became a certified personal trainer later that year. She is certified by American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer, and is certified by Spinning, YogaFit, and PiYo. Kay has unbounded energy for encouraging each person to find his/her own path to fitness while having fun in the process.
Dayna, our Assistant Manager, began teaching yoga in 2003. She is enthusiastic about helping each person attain their personal best in all aspects of yoga. She holds several certifications from nationally recognized Yogafit and brings an amazing level of caring and knowledge to each of her yoga classes. Dayna is available for Yoga Personal Training.
Alexandra has been an actor and dancer all her life. This lead her to begin learning and now teaching (2010) Zumba. She holds three Zumba licenses (basic, Gold & Seated) and she is an ACE-Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She teaches Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm. Rlynn began taking Zumba in 2008. She fell in love with Zumba and wanted to share her love for this wonderful way to become fit with others. She became certified in Zumba in 2010 and became licensed in Gold in 2012. Join her for a great workout and party yourself into shape!
Lori is an energetic Zumba, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Yogafit Yoga Teacher as well as a former business owner. Fitness is her passion, having over 15 years' experience in the industry; she will encourage you to be the best you can. Give one of her classes a try!
Kathryn is a meditation teacher (1997) and a certified Yogafit instructor (2010). She has a BA in Human Services, and is a Reiki Master and certified Hypnotherapist, as well as a Master Neurolinguistic Practitioner Life Coach. She has a passion for assisting clients in attaining general health, as well as alleviating stress-induced tension. You will come away refreshed and renewed with any of Kathryn's classes.

Alan was certified as a Spinning Instructor in February 2011. Alan has participated in many marathons over the years, is dedicated to fitness and new challenges. He began diving a couple of years ago and has several certifications. He will encourage you to do your best and to make improvements in each class with his positive ways and his music. He teaches Spinning Tuesday and Thursday evenings. He created two courses: Discover Spinning (first offered Fall 2011) for beginner Spinners and Discover Running (first offered Spring 2012) for anyone wanting to learn how to run.
Dave has Bachelor of Science degree from Campbell University in Fitness & Wellness Management. He is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and an outstanding individual, very passionate about his career. He will help you attain your highest and best fitness. Dave teaches evenings and offers classes in circuit training. He has evening appointments for personal training, either one on one or group training.
Kathy began teaching indoor cycling in 2004 and came to Quality Fitness in May 2011. She teaches a fun, inspiring Spinning class! She also teaches Peak Performance - a full-body fun circuit class.
René became certified as Spinning instructor Fall 2009. You'll be infected with her enthusiasm and fall in love with Spinning and improving your fitness.
